Bunker Z: Dawn Of The Droners has an interesting storyline. The main characters are likable, which makes you want to follow them and read what happens next. The downside is that the book reads and feel like a draft, not a final version. Plus, a lot of the events that take place do not make any sense. Instead of flowing naturally, the events seem extremely forced in hopes of creating tension, excitement, and drama. All it does is create confusion. For example, why would anyone want to leave a hidden underground safe haven with plenty of food, water, and weapons and join a group of strangers above ground? Also, if this hidden bunker is safe proof and entry proof, then how did the bad guy sneak up behind the hero while inside the bunker? That definitely made no sense whatsoever!! If Mark had taken his time, these events would flow better and have meaning and purpose. Mark, don't rush it. Take your time. And let the story flow. Don't force it.Product details

Why waste the 50 cal shells? What's with the drones? The story is starting to male very little sense. I'll try one more book.
Another short but entertaining story. Yes the a few flubbs here or there, but the auther is telling his tale and I would love to know what happens next.
The smell of cordite? Really cordite has not been used in firearms on over 50 years! I wilsh all the authors whould quit writing cordite and use the real smell of smokless powder or even gun powder. Any author reading this please look up cordite and get the facts.
Right away when I see "the smell of cordite" I know the author is not a gun person. and if they write battle stories that have alot of guns then please use the right word.
I'm not picking on the author as much as I am other autors who have written books over the past few years and cordite keeps popping up.
Meh. I really don't like Zombie stories, and this was no exception. If you like Zombie Stories, then you might enjoy this.
Very good read, kept my attention.
This unoriginal zombie apocalypse tale continues. The main characters, having been provided with a high-tech, fully stocked bunker, oddly decide to go on the road. This installment has snappy dialogue "Your mother! She's one of those things..." and "Chill out right now, chief, or my boom-stick goes all JFK on your skull--got it?" It has this grammar gem "Kelly grinded her teeth and huffed." It also has abundant comma splices. But, all in all, it's an improvement on the first book.
This is turning into one great story. I'm so freaking tense right now, that I think any little, unexpected noise would make me jump 10 feet in the air! Heck yes, I recommend this story and author. Hurry up, Mr. Lansing! Please?
